Additional Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the images.

Additionally featured in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section detailing distinct areas of the estate.

Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.

More documentation made public as part of the current oversight release.
